More than just a mere festival, Rakhi is a landmark event promoting the true essence of the country’s national integrity. Every year on the full moon day in the month of August the festival of Rakhi is celebrated. The whole of India, bereft of any cultural or economical segregation, come together to celebrate this festival with a full gung-ho. A time for home coming, Rakhi is truly a festival that is worthy to be waited for a year long. The festival basically marks the beauty of a brother-sister relationship.
